Notes 

       There are seven natural notes and five flat or sharp notes in between these, making altogether twelve notes in music.

 These five notes are the half steps notes from other notes. They are written in do, re, mi fa, sol, la, ti, do, or in staff notation. 

Staff Notation is used worldwide and Tab of guitar is sometimes in Tablature and also in Staff notation too.
